I am selling my 2001 Lincoln Town Car Limousine in excellent condition. Only 171K miles and runs perfect. This limo is 120 inch stretch and holds up to 10 passengers. Does not burn oil. Payment Information:
A deposit of 10% (non-refundable) must be paid within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by either Bank to Bank wire transfer, Cash on Pick-up, or Bank Certified funds to Seller
Fees and Tax Information:
There is a $300 Dealer Fee that will be IN ADDITION to your final bid amount. This fee is mandated by the state to be charge to every customer in the same amount. By law, we can not exempt this fee for one customer and not the next. ALL customer will be charged this fee. If you are a Florida State resident, you will be required to pay a 6% Florida Sales Tax along with any county tax for the county of your residence. As a Florida resident, there will also be a registration and title fee. The amount of that fee will depend on if you purchase the trailer and if you have a tag to transfer or not.
Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, and/or city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Bidder's Age:
You must be 18 years of age or older to Bid.
Placing a Bid:

Finalizing your Purchase:
We will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes. Successful high bidder MUST communicate with us by email or phone within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy this vehicle within 1 day, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
