Up for a no-reserve auction is this 2005 Lincoln Town Car.
Relatively low miles for one of these cars. They are constantly seen with 300, 000+
Car runs and drives very nice as it should. Engine runs great and the transmission shifts smooth.
Car needs nothing to get in and drive anywhere.
Tires are in great shape.
Paint shines very nicely but the body does have wear and tear(dings and scratches) for the age/mileage. Most noticeable is the trunk lid which I took a picture of.
Interior is in good shape with no major damage to speak off. A couple of the door pull straps are missing the plastic end caps.
Reverse sensors seldom work.
The vinyl top was not maintained and is cracking. That really is the only major downfall for the car. I do have an upholstery guy that can install a top for a discounted rate. I have no problem handling the leg work for a buyer so it is done before you take delivery. Payment would be required upfront.
Last month the car was at the dealer for new upper and lower steering shafts and the associated hardware. This is a common issue on these cars. I have paperwork for the repairs.
Overall you are bidding on a very nice car that has a lot of life left in it.
Mileage can/will go up as I am still driving it.
