This is one of two Lotus Elise I had built by BOE Fabrication in Kansas. They are the shop that pioneered the supercharger kits and maintain some of the top Lotus race cars in the world.
This is a 2005 Lotus Elise that I purchased as a perfectly fine stock Lotus. The original owner was in a fender bender that cracked the front and rear clams. No damage to anything structural it was a low speed accident. When a Lotus has a cracked clam no matter how small the damage the insurance companies are required to write it off.
The car was completely fixed and there was nothing wrong with it but it wasn't up to my standards so I had BOE completely strip the car and do a full restoration and complete repaint. I had a BOE Rev 400 engine put in the car and dyno tuned by BOE.
This car has never been tracked and never been in a wreck other than the one that cracked the front and rear clams. This car was built to retain the factory air conditioning and be a very fast street car that functions just like a stock Lotus with twice the power. The engine cover tilts back for easy access to the engine or to look amazing at a car show!
Restoration on this car was finished in March 2015 by BOE Fabrication. You would be hard pressed to find a Lotus in nicer condition or faster.
