Up for sale is my storm titanium 2005 Lotus Elise.
Here's the story:
I bought the car about eleven months ago, I got a full inspection from Aston Martin/Lotus Dealer of Orlando and they said everything checked out except for that it needed the recalls done and it needed to be aligned. No problem with that, and it was done as soon as I bought the car and everything worked great. Then, the clutch wore down quickly. I ended up having to replace the clutch with a brand new one shortly after purchasing the car. Then the heat resistor stopped working, so I had to repair that too (I even improved it). Now, I just figured out that the car never had airbags in it, since the day I bought it. This was too much for me, and I decided this car was too much trouble than I could comfortably afford, and it's time to sell. I decided to sell it for this cheap I need to purchase a practical car quickly, since my SUV bit the dust.
Anyways, here are the details of the car:
The good:
46xxx miles
Stage 2 exhaust
New Exedy Racing Clutch with 750 miles
A/C freshly repaired, and improved
Soft top
Storm titanium with red interior
Upgraded stereo system with a subwoofer (my favorite part!)
The bad:
No airbags, they will need to be installed.
The ugly:
It has some minor cosmetic imperfections, but nothing very visible.
Minor fiberglass damage close to the back, right wheel. (Pictured)
A note on the REBUILT title:
The car was said to be in a low-speed collision. The front clam and other small bits and pieces were replaced. No frame damage.
