Thank you for visiting my auction for this great 2005 Lotus Elise.
I have owned this car for about a year and it has been a great vehicle to drive and to work on.
Let me start with the details of the brand new engine that this car has. This was something that I actually missed when I was making the purchase of this vehicle. I bought this car out of state from a pastor who did not drive this vehicle and got it shipped to FL. A few days later, I received all of the maintenance paperwork. As I was going through it, I noticed a part change that was done at the dealership which was under the warranty at 36000 miles. After doing a quick search, the information showed that the vehicle was brought in for the general Elise recall for an oil line problem. After a little more digging, it showed that after the general inspection, the dealership decided to replace the entire engine assembly. This was a $15000 job. This actually cleared a lot of questions that my own mechanic had because the engine in this car did not operate like an older engine and all the parts looked brand new. So therefore, this car has a brand new Toyota 2ZZ-GE engine with tens of thousands miles still remaining. I was very happy to see this because the car literally drives like a new car.
Once I got the vehicle, I also did my own upgrades. As you can see in the pictures, the entire interior was upgraded. The seats and all of the door trims were reupholstered with the diamond pattern leather. Also, I installed dynamat on the interior of the car (I can provide pics if necessary). I also added a black carpet to upgrade the look and also dampen the road noise a little more. Overall, this car look and drives like a one of a kind Lotus and stands out in any kind of Lotus or car meets.
Other upgrades also include brand new tires and black wheels.

The reason I am selling this vehicle is to get some funds for a new company I am starting.
