I have a 1990 Mazda Miata MX-5 for sale. This is a rare, low-mileage, example of a 5-speed, manual, Mariner Blue Miata. It's had two, long-term, previous owners (the original owner passed this car as a part of an estate sale to her friend that became the second owner). The car is completely stock with zero modifications. The timing belt was done twice in it's lifetime and it was always serviced accordingly. I bought this originally with the intention keeping it for a long time, however the car is rarely driven and priorities have changed. This is a gem for Miata enthusiasts. Since I understand the limitations of buying a vehicle on eBay (and out-of-state), I'd be happy to spend dedicated time to answer any questions over the phone or do a video conference to give the potential buyer and closer look prior to purchase.
Basics:
- 1990 Mazda Miata MX-5 Base- Mariner Blue exterior, black cloth interior- 5-speed, manual transmission- 60, 700 original miles- Clean title, currently registered in Hawaii with current safety check and registration
Disclosures:
- The wheels/tires should be balanced. There is a slight shimmy around 60-65 mph- The paint has a slight fade on the front bumper and fenders and need a nice wax/polish- Slight rust on some components around exhaust manifold and engine compartment- The left speaker is intermittent- It was in a very minor accident in the hands of the original owner where it was rear-ended. The damage was not repaired. There is a small scuff on the bottom of the bumper and minor damage to the rear center panel (small crack on the top right and missing the right-side MX5 emblem). There was zero frame damage.- The original front license plate was mounted from the factory and has indented the front bumper- The interior is in immaculate condition with no tears in the seat and the original center console in tact. The steering wheel has some minor fade/wear- The top was replaced once in it's lifetime -- new with vinyl window. Both top and window are in good condition
