I am the second owner (at about 50k miles) and have kept it well maintained.
Car is paid off as of 5/21/16
Daily driver
1 key and remote key fob.
Not smoked in.
New tires last year. Soft plug in front passenger side 5/20/16
Stock spare with jack fully functioning
Belt squelches sometimes, stick shift not as smooth as others I've owned.
Front wheel drive (great for towing on a dolly behind an RV ;-)
Oil changed regularly mostly at Firestone, recent air filter replacement (after our pollen storm).
The last recommendation from Firestone was to replace valve gasket: I was going to wait until the plug change (plug change at 100k)
Scrapes in back bumper, both sides of front faring, 3 dings, few scuffs and wear at door handles but glossy paint.

Working today but I'll give you a call this afternoon. Think you'll like it if you drive it.
The belt squelching has been since I've owned it, seems to drive well anyhow and no one has said anything about replacing it when I've asked.
I rev it neutral and it stops: but hey. .it may be quiet when you test drive it: you know how these things are :-).
I had an S10 which had been bought at 30k miles so I wore that clutch in to my liking (didn't have to replace it until well after 200k miles.
Then my other manuals were a bit nicer vehicles: Porsche, 03 Cobra SVT.
I've been asked why I'm selling: I bought a truck with a trailer hitch to move myself back across country.
I had a buyer question that disappeared when answered: No the timing belt/water pump have not been changed during my ownership.
