1985 RX-7 GSL-SE, BLACK IMSA TARGA-7 SPECIAL EDITION
Original, Clean Title, Very Clean & Sharp. The Exterior and Interior (Clean) are in Great Conditions for any 30 year plus vehicle. Body & Paint are very Sharp, Great condition and No Rust. Nicely repainted once without painting the body moldings, has one ding in passenger front fender and overall reasonable age patina (see pic). Not perfect however It's Reliable and Dependable, Well Conserved Beautiful Classic vehicle. Well maintained with under body anti-rust treatment. The Car has Always been kept in Garage and Covered. Since I purchased this vehicle 5 years ago, its warmed and driven occasionally by only my self to kept everything lubricated and functioning. Has 134, 674 original miles which is an average and reasonable low 4, 489 miles per years to kept the vehicle in shape. Clean motor oil (non synthetic) and fluids, has a drop of motor oil which is common for an original 30 year vehicle.The 1.3L 13B rotary fires up smooth and purrs amazing. Smooth shifting of 5-Speed Manual Transmission and Good Braking from it's Original Front/Rear Disc system. The vehicle recently had its yearly tune-up (Oil, Filter, Spark plugs, Dist. Cap, Dist. Rotor, Checked Alternator/Electrical System). Has New Battery, Fuel Pump, Fuel Filter and Starter as Regular Maintenance.
Has Original Updated Radio & Equalizer with a Functioning/Working Power Antenna which I haven't seen in other RX-7 vehicles and is not common to have working. Dash has No cracks, Has original black Sun Roof with Storage Bag, Has Nice Glass Moon Roof. Original spare tire with tools. Original GSL-SE rims. Tires are not original due to age however tires are in good condition with plenty of tread. Has All Original A/C R-12 equipment however A/C is not cooling which can be common for a vehicle of this age, however haven't replaced with new system due to I want to keep vehicle original and it's only driven during cool afternoons with all windows open.
You can spend $4, 000 on a Beat-Up / Mistreated vehicle, but then have to spend another $10, 000 to $20, 000 in trying to get it like this, will not find original parts and will Never be Original. The only reason it's being offer for sale is due I'm not driving it for cruising, I do not race them and never mistreat my vehicles. Take advantage it's being for sale. Updated front bumper Clear lens & replaced new red/orange side lens, Upgraded Front Head Lamps and Updated Exhaust System.
