This is 1 of 1100 made and has 83, 200 original miles. The car is relisted again because buyers backed out. I bought this car, second owner of this VERY CLEAN 1989 Mazda RX-7 GTU, miles are correct at 83, 670 original. Car is painted in custom pearl white. | “Mazda built 1100 RX-7 GTUs's in 1989, this RX-7 GTU is in excellent shape, no accident history, car has been professionally repainted to a Pearl White and as you can see - solute to Zombi - under the hood. It's cool - check it out. Tires/rims almost new, less than 2,000 miles on them, second owner and know the car well - I work on cars professionally and this car has not been in an accident.The introduction of a face-lifted FC RX-7, and to commemorate the RX-7's IMSA domination, Mazda introduced a limited model labeled the GTUs. Starting with the lightweight base model GTU, which came with manual windows, no rear wiper, the sunroof and A/C was dealer optioned, the GTUs added some items found on the Turbo model. This allowed quicker acceleration from the non-turbo powered 13B. Mazda built 1100 GTUs's in 1989, with the last 100 re-stamped as 1990 models.
