Street car and autocross or drag race toy. Rebuilt engine is ported with 3 mill apex seals, new fuel pump and fuel injectors, new oxygen sensor, new high performance tires on original 16 wheels, new paint and door and window seals, new plastic parts in interior, new hawk autocross brake pads and rebuilt calipers with new rotors, new APC clutch and pressure plate with light steel flywheel. Car has Racing Beat dual exhaust system with 3'' down pipe and dual 21/2 mufflers and pipes, fuel cut defender allows boost up to 11 psi, Racing Beat K&N fill charger intake, Racing Beat rear steer bushings for rear suspension. Mazdaspeed factory lowering springs stiffen spring rate with factory high performance shocks and struts. Ride is very firm but not too stiff for normal street use. Heavy clutch and lightened flywheel requires good technique to launch from full stop, steering is non power so pack muscles for parking speeds but perfect steering feel at speed. this car is a beast, estimated 300+ hp, very fast, acceleration is scary fast, no cats or air pump but emissions are not tested on a car of this year in this area. On Jan-01-16 at 16:01:21 PST, seller added the following information:Just so nobody gets the idea that this is a daily driver, this car is a beast, a real man's car and you better be ready to be sideways when you let out the clutch when you floor it. I have been notified that a check on the miles says the car has 179000, and that may be true, the odometer that is in the car shows mileage in the 90k range.

Car needs hvac control repaired, fan speed switch inop, some paint work like repainting wipers in flat black, glass hatch has some small scratches that needs paint work to cover, interior is not perfect but in very good condition for its age, needs new leather shifter boot, and some plastic parts in dash are cracked, floor was pushed up in drivers footwell by a jack, cracked plastic parts in headliner frame need repair with custom trim work, limited slip is noisy at 60mph, ok otherwise. Gas gauge is inaccurate. South Carolina car with no rust.” |
