Extremely solid, rare Inline 6 Cylinder motor. Idles smoothly and Transmission shifts very nicely. Vacuum door locks work well, driver and passenger door lock is a little slow. Sunroof works great. All the lights work as well. Original Becker Stereo that works great! Same body style as a 240D and 300D or 300TD but with the rare 2.8L Inline 6-Cylinder gasoline motor, which has more than twice the horsepower as the diesel motors. Truly a rare opportunity and hard-to-find option. Extremely fun car to drive and gets looks every time it's driven. Great gas mileage and very powerful, again with the special order 2.8 L motor. ALL maintenance records dating back to the original purchase of the car in California in 1979 will be included. All books and spare/valet keys will be given to the new owner as well. Very clean car. A few small paint chips close to the fenders, obviously typical for a vehicle that's 37 years old with original paint. I have a local mechanic that is happy to speak with anyone about the car of needed.
