You are bidding for a good garage find of a classic Mercedes sedan from 1972.
I bought it in late 2010 but have not driven it for three years. Right now, it does not start up (and the battery is discharged).
It has been all this time in a de-humidified garage. There is very little if any rust on this car and as the pictures show, it has been well taken care of.
However, I don't have the time and skills to give it what it needs, so I decided to part with it.
The car has a clear title.
It is in overall good condition, assuming that the not starting can be fixed. Back in 2010, I got it to even pass NJ inspection.To my knowledge the car has never been in an accident but I noticed that the front fenders don't have the typical lights and are slightly bent behind the front bumper.Not sure if the paint is original. It does have quite few scratches and the right front door has two small indentions.
There is absolutely no warranty coming with this car. I am not The tachometer shows 11708 miles, not sure how many time sit turned over.
If you are the winning bidder, you are responsible for arranging pick up. I will not ship but of course cooperate with a shipper you hire.
