Classic and sturdy 4 door sedan 300 SD Turbo Diesel brought from Europe the year it was new. Long wheel base limo style sedan. All leather. All electric. Sunroof. Extra set of Mercedes carpets. Maintained by and purchased from Mercedes and European Auto Service by Heinz (Mercedes mechanic trained in Germany) in San Rafael, Marin County, CA. Rebuilt transmission about 2000 miles ago. New belts, new hoses, new valve seals, new fuel lines, new glow plugs replaced this month. White with fawn colored interior.
I have loved this vehicle for many decades. The way it grips the road on Highway 1 on the coast of California is like no other vehicle I have ever driven. I was going to keep this baby forever but I am traveling a lot now and it should be driven and appreciated by someone who loves a real car. It still smells like fine leather. It should have the aircon replaced to the newer no-Freon type system ($75+/- part). Heater works fine.
