Absolutely amazing condition and rust free! 1991 Mercedes 300E 4MATIC ESTATE. Very rare color combo and 4matic option, also has the Mercedes SLS - Self Leveling System Suspension, all in perfect working order. From my understanding, I am the fourth owner. The original owner had owned it for 21 years and in dry and warm Kelowna B.C, a senior who garaged parked it all of its life, it shows with no UV wear. The car was then sold it to a man who then gave the car to his brother as a gift, I then purchased the car from him. Very low mileage at 120k miles or 200 klm's as it is a Classic this year!
The car has no leaks or drips it does not burn oil or have any bad news, The car just had a synthetic Mobil 1 oil change with Mercedes filter $130, a spare Mercedes filter is in the trunk. Mercedes spec spark plugs, air filter. The transmission oil is very clean and fresh, 4MATIC System and transfer case do not leak and completely work crispy tight with instant shifts with the 4 speed transmission. The SLS keeps the car in total control within higher speed bends. Drive through snow and rain with confidence and luxury with ABS and SRS Airbags for driver and passenger. The W124 is built like no other car. The interior wood was hand made from the Yamaha guitar factory and it all looks new with no UV wear.
I have replaced the Clutch fan, fan bearing and brace approximately $800, engine idles smooth and stable. I also had everything checked over from a Classic Mercedes Specialist in Vancouver who was amazed at the mechanical, interior and exterior condition. The car has a clear new windshield and I also replaced the wiper with a genuine Mercedes arm blade, smooth as butter in the rain with no streaks and the single lever operates quiet and smooth. All glass is mint and scratch free. All warning lights work and no warning lights come up in operation, every option works as it should even the 2 stage heated seats and 2 memory settings with power headrests. The leather seats have no rips or tears as shown and almost in like new condition. All wood is like new just amazing, no scratches! Tires are 90% new and very aggressive, perfect mix with the 4MATIC, you can climb anything that comes at you. Power roof works 100% and silent in operation. This is a used car that is 25 years young! I am including Mercedes E Series hexagonal rubber mats, they cover the carpet and contain any spills. I am also including a $500 Alpine head unit with smart phone aux earphone cable.
For whomever buys this car, please have the confidence in knowing this car is super clean and in top condition, all in all I would rate this car a 9.5 / 10 and in excellent+++ working order. There is absolutely no loose feelings or sounds in suspension and entire car. Engine runs powerful and shifts crisp anytime. All options and power switches work.
