I bought this car for family trips about 3 years ago , but looks like there is not much of family trip these days since i am currently separated from my wife and bought her an s class for now , since we owned it i have replaced all the air shocks to new life time warranty by

® Air Suspension‎ you can look them up on internet they are better than factory , front and rear brakes are new as well , i also replaced all 4 tires about 1000 miles ago but one had a side wall flat tire that i had to replace in the back so 3 tires are one brand and one rear tire is a different brand but all less than 1000 mile or so on them , car had a dent in the tail gate area at the time i bought it looked like some one may have backed it up to some thing , i paid $600 dollars to fix that .interior is in excellent condition and has factory Mercedes head rest screen that work but i never had the remote for them the do work manually however no remote but they are sold on eBay around $80 dollars , all services have been done up to date such as oil changes , transmission fluid replacement , there is no check engine light on and car runs like new i took a drive to Las Vegas two weeks ago no problems what so ever , heated seats , navigation, dual moon roof , Harmon kardon sound system power folding third row seats , roof rack , there are couple of scratches very light on right rear door that can hardly be seen in photos , one dent on driver door that can be removed , Please ask any questions prior to bidding on my car if you are not sure of buying it or bidding on it, Deposit

Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. I will assist the buyer with finding a shipping
company at a competitive price. I assume no responsibility for damages incurred after
leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received
before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you.
I have tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised
that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and
mechanical parts are subject to fail. I welcome and recommend a
buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the
vehicle prior to the auction ending and or bidding . Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges
and fees.
