Up for sale is my 2000 Benz S500, 120k miles(miles go up as I drive it every day), has almost every option: Heated/cooled front and rear seats, power front and rear seats, massage (pulse) seats, navigation, rear sunshade, rear vanity mirrors, etc. All tires are almost new, interior is very clean, AC is cold and has rear AC.
I bought this car to fix up, drive a little and sell. Here's everything you need to know:
Parts replaced
-Spark Plugs
-right front lower control arms
-air suspension valve block
-valve cover gaskets
-A service (oil change, rotation, service light reset)
-Replaced sub frame (previous owner cracked it on a pothole)
-Engine mounts and Trans mounts (were weak, had slight vibration)
-Right front window motor
- Hood star (emblem) replaced
I'm a high end auto tech, I worked for Mercedes for 5 years, I'm master certified so you know everything is fixed right. Don't be afraid to buy this car thinking its expensive to fix if anything breaks, I do dealer quality work for half the price if your local and ever need anything.
known issues:
-SRS (airbag light on, fault for passenger side seat weight sensor, very common is these cars
not worth fixing to me, airbags will still deploy in an accident)
-Navigation stopped working, has cracked antenna from previous owner
-Driver seat lower plastic trim cracked
