1971 280SE 3.5 COUPE
This car was
bought brand new by Ed Sullivan in 1971 at Mercedes Benz of Manhattan in New York.
In January of 1978 the car was gifted from Sullivan productions to the Founder
or the Beverly Hills Courier
March Schwartz.
March owned the
car till September of 2014. The only other person who got to drive the car was
his wife. It has been a 2 owner car from new.
The original
color code is 462 H Metallic Tunis Beige and it still remains the same color as
it left from the factory. The interior is Chocolate Brown.
It has a
Behr Air conditioning unit, automatic floor shift and power windows. It still
has the original tool kit, books, records, jack, data card and spare tire. It
also has a clean and clear California title.
The car has
91, 100 miles and drives absolutely perfect, responsive, correct and tight like
it should be. It is mechanically perfect and always has been dealer serviced
and or taken to a professional Mercedes mechanic only.
