I am selling a super rare and unique 2003 SL 500 convertible. This is SL500 is loaded with every option imaginable. Finished in a Diamond Silver Metallic with a beautiful Ash tone leather. For those of you who remember this new model year, it is highly likely this SL 500 sold for over well over $120, 000.00 at the time. About its History: This SL 500 was purchased in Connecticut by a seasonal Florida resident, residing part time in Naples, Florida. It has a impeccable maintenance history and can be easily verified with a single look. This is a non-smoker, pet free automobile. Books and records are present as is the original window sticker (see below). There should be no question this beautiful convertible was pampered throughout it's entire life. I don't believe you will find another SL500 such as this anywhere. The paint is entirely original with zero paintwork whatsoever. Please have a look at the photos I've provided. The carpets are immaculate as is the leather. No excuses whatsoever as this SL 500 is perfect. Recently this Roadster was stolen and recovered by the insurance company after the claim was paid to the previous owner -- otherwise known as a stolen recovery. The title is a clean Florida title and is not branded in any way, so please feel free to submit your bid as you are purchasing a very clean and trouble-free automobile.
A car fax report is available upon request. So, please make your request known and I will be glad to send it over. Two notations on the report are worthy of comment. 1). The vehicle was transported to and from Canada during seasons as is the norm in sunny south Florida with snowbirds -- as we call them. In this case, the previous owner was Canadian. There is a inaccuracy noted on the car fax report concerning the mileage. This is due to the nature of the Canadian Metric system reporting. Hence, it is highly likely the odometer was showing kilometers at the time it was in service, as it is easy interchangeable. Officially, kilometers or metrics is the official measuring system for Canada. I am currently working with Car Fax to have the necessary adjustments and/or corrections made.
