1986 Mercury Capri RUST FREE ARIZONA CAR!!! 5.0L, 302 fuel injected, 5spd manual transmission. Runs and drives. Vehicle has great oil pressure with no knocks or ticks, does not over heat. Rear of car has been converted to a mustang gt rear bumper tail lights and hatch. I have the gt wing not put on yet, but will install it. Car has 144k miles. I have owned her the past year, I purchased it from a co-worker who let the car sit for 5 years prior to me buying it. Since ive owned it I have put many new parts on it to make her road worthy. Parts include new tires (only put 350 miles on them), water pump, radiator, thermostat and housing, upper and lower radiator hoses, water pump hoses, front engine cover, new oil pressure switch, new battery, master cylinder, front rubber brake lines, fuel pressure regulator, bbk 255 fuel pump. I have the gt side skirts pulled off of another car not installed and not in the best of shape by any means but still comes with the car. I have resealed the upper end of the engine including the valve covers, upper and lower intake manifold, and new injector seals.The cons: can not speed shift second gear, wants to grind when shifting into second if you go nice in slow it will go into second (I think a synco is going out, im not a transmission guy tho so not sure), has an oil leak from pan gasket, has no carpet or head liner (carboard backing is broken and missing, dash pad is crack and not installed as dash needs to be pulled to replace the bad heater core), has a bad heater core, needs a new brake booster and gas tank rubber seals replaced.
