1967 Mercury Comet 202 Sport Coupe

Mercury Comet 202 Sport Coupe (1967)
for sale

Price: US $250.00

Description:

You are bidding on a 1967 Mercury Comet 202 Sport Coupe. This is a Rolling Chassis and Comes with a Bill Of Sale Only! Originally Equipped with the 200 CID Inline 6/C4 Automatic, it was converted to a 289/4 Speed. the only option that it had was power steering, which is all there less the pump. Has an 8 Open Differential.
Like all Cars of this era from the Rust-Belt, It does have rust in the usual places, Lower Front fenders, floor-Pans, Roof, and Trunk Floor, however it's not as bad as most of them are. the rear frame rails are actually still solid. The Right Rear Quarter was hit sometime in it's past, and I knocked all the Plastic filler out to get a look at what was done. Because these were Beater cars in their day there are not many to be found, so replacement parts would have to be adapted from a Ford Fairlane in this year range. The glass is there, and in good shape, except for the Driver's door. I have an extra grille, the rear Bumper, as well as the Stainless Trim for the windows. other than that, What you see is what you get.
This is a Rolling Chassis Only- No Engine, Or Transmission!
The Starting bid is the reserve(What I Would get if I Stuffed it, and Scrapped it), so the highest bidder gets it. Buyer is responsible for All aspects of shipping it. I have a Wrecker on the Premisis, so I can assist with Loading.
Buyer must contact me within 48 hours of auction end. Payment is expected within 7 days of auction close, and the vehicle must be picked up by 11/15/2015
Thanks for looking!
