I bought this car from the original owners who purchased the car new at Harley Thomas Ford in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The lady who owned the car would never allow anyone to ride in the back seat and very few people got the privilege to ride in the front seat.
The drivers seat needed to be recovered not able to find original material, we reupholstered the seat in a more durable material. When we bought the automobile in 2009 we had to replace the fuel tank and had to push/pull the doors to open them for they were sealed, we thought they might be internally locked but it was only the rubber seals stuck to the frame-work. The rest of the interior is in very good condition. The paint on the automobile is acceptable except for the hood. There are chips in the paint and only minor surface rust (look at the pictures) on this vehicle. The chrome and stainless trim is in excellent condition.
The Grandson decided that he was going to touch-up the hood and only got as far as a primer coat.
We recently replaced the valve cover gaskets and put on four new tires and tuned it up. The little 289 motor runs like a sewing machine. The only reason for selling this car (and many others) is that I am aging out.

A $500 Deposit from winning bidder is due at auction end, balance is due in 7-days in the form of cash or bank wire transfer. Car will not be released until funds have clears. Buyer is responsible for pick-up and any shipping arrangements. We can store this vehicle for a reasonable amount of time and also we will assist in helping with loading or with your shipper of this vehicle.
