For Sale – 1961 Mercury Comet Station Wagon. Nice clean North Carolina car. Original 170 ci In-Line Six Cylinder with Auto Trans. Car runs and drives as it should. This car has been fitted with new tires, new brakes, new shocks, new sway bar bushings, new radiator, new chrome valve cover, and new chrome air cleaner. This car has been upgraded with a two barrel Weber carb. It has decent paint and no rust. The carpet and headliner are in good condition. The seat covers are badly worn but the padding and springs are excellent. It has a fold down rear seat. It features the optional roof rack (perfect for a surf board). The car doesn’t currently have a radio. The windshield wipers are not currently operational. The fuel level gauge isn’t accurate. Car is currently registered and insured. I have been driving it when the weather permits. Overall it is a decent low priced classic auto. I accept Paypal, Credit Cards, and Cash Payments.
