This car was previously listed on EBay. 1967 Mercury Cougar with a 289 Cubic Inch engine and a three speed manual transmission and a 3.50:1 standard differential. I purchased the Cougar from a dealer in Santa Fe, NM in October, 2013. The car was originally green with a white vinyl top. The dealer had removed the vinyl top and repainted it white, He stated to me the engine was rebuilt at 18680 on the odometer. When I got the Cougar, there were several places on the body that needed to be repaired, so I had it repaired and the body taken down to the primer and repaired. Since I have had the car I have had had the brakes overhauled with new drums on the front. A rack and pinion conversion kit has been added with power steering. It now has air conditioning. The transmission rebuilt, replaced the radiator and water pump. The front shocks have been replaced and it has air shocks in the rear. The wheels and tires are now 15 inch. The Cougar had the original AM radio which has been changed to an AM/FM Stereo radio with a programmable USB chip and four channel sound. It has Hedman Headers and flowmax mufflers. The car has no warranty and is being sound as is. The buyer has 48 hours to deposit $500.00 in PayPal and seven days to pay the balance.
