You are viewing my 1977 Mercury Cougar XR-7 all original matching numbers. The time has come for me to downsize my collection. Car has been in the family since brand new. I purchased it from my father in law about 25 years ago. Car has always been stored in a climate controlled garage. Car has 60, 525 original miles. Paint is great for the age and has been regularly washed and waxed. Original pin stripes are still intact. You really have to see the car in person to believe the outstanding condition. Great for a collector. Everything works as it should, even the a/c and power mirrors. The spare tire has never even been out of the trunk! The 351w is good and strong and the automatic transmission shifts very smoothly. No rust or leaks what so ever.
