Item Description Up for auction is a Classic 1985 Mercury Grand Marquis LS -The vehicle is equipped with an 302ci (5.0 liter) throttle body fuel injected 8-cylinder engine and automatic transmission. The odometer displays 100, 417 miles. This is a two owner vehicle, and prior to me, the car was garage kept and pampered by my grandfather, a master mechanic by trade. Never missed a service date. -All functioning electric seats, windows, and door locks, with new window gears and front door lock actuators. -Cold temperature control AC, and new heater core installed in 2011. -Original Amplified AM/FM Cassette Premium Sound System with electric retractable antenna and new speakers in doors. -The interior carpet and brown velour seats and are in great condition. -The exterior of the vehicle is the original deep brown metal flake with the padded vinyl half-roof, rare frenched rear window, and left and right side-post coach opera lamps. -Car is equipped with removable tow bar and trailer brake and signal lights connection. -The tires have 90+% road life left. -Fresh tune-up and oil change, with new fuel, air, and oil filters, and new rotor, cap, plugs, and wires. Vehicle has been pampered, runs and drives great. Note: there is a slight impression in driver side back door skin and a small ding on the left rear wheel well trim where someone brushed the car when leaving a parking space next to it. Apparently their bumper slid alongside the ding strip because there were no scratches in the paint as you can see in the pictures.
