This Mercury has been owned by my mother since May 1988. She is the second owner. She purchased the car after her husband passed away. She is now 95 and has decided it is time to let the car go. It has 37774 original miles on it. In the last few years it has really not been used at all. It was just driven enough to keep everything working properly. While she owned the car it was never driven during the winter. As soon as fall arrived the car was put away and she dove her pickup. The interior of the car is in like new condition right down to the original floormats. For a vehicle of that year the exterior is in very nice condition with the exceptions as noted above. The car has absolutely no rust. It has no oil leaks or drips. Everything on the car works. The A/C compressor was replaced and it was retrofitted to R134A and recharged. This was a top-of-the-line Mercury Grand Marquis LS with all the bells and whistles and a very luxurious interior.
