I have decided to part ways with the Marauder. I'm the 2nd owner having owned the car for the last 3.5 years, and putting about 40K miles on the car...90% of which were highway miles to and from KC. The car runs and drives great. When I purchased the car it had around 57K miles. For those of you not familiar with these, they were only built in 2003 and 2004 with a very limited run. From the #'s I could find only around 11K were produced in total. The cars are unique in the Panther lineup(Crown Vics, Grand Marquis). A few specs:

Suspension is stiffened with air ride in rear, police interceptor package in front. The list goes on and on. I'd recommend Googling Marauder specs to get the full list, plus there are numerous articles out there praising these beasts. This example is all stock, other then the tires are Firestones(good tread), instead of BFG's. Overall, the car is very clean(considering its 12 years old). It has original paint that does show scratches here and there, but with a good buffing would take many out. There are 3 issues. The passenger rear door has some light damage due to a unfortunate nudge in a parking lot. It hasn't bothered me enough to fix, although I have priced out replacement doors and one can be found easily online for $200-$300 dollars. The outside trim, and inside panels would just need to be swapped. The stock radio has lost its FM/AM reception which these radios are notorious for. All CD options work as well as tape. 2005-2007 Ford Escape Radios can be substituted and work with the steering wheel controls. They are easily found online as well, just never bothered me enough to replace. Last issue is with the driver window controls for the driver side window and passenger. I believe the contact is going out, although its still possible to roll up and down both sides. It just takes a little finesse with the buttons. All three of these issues are easy and inexpensive fix's, and don't effect the car other then mainly cosmetic/annoying. I have priced the car at a fair price point considering these issues(normal selling prices for this car with under 100K miles is around $10K+). I recently(within the last month) had both the rear bearings/axles replaced which was a little over $600. I have consistently had the oil changed every 3-4K miles since I've purchased, and have ALWAYS ran premium fuel. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions.
