Up for auction is a 1962 Mercury Monterey S-55. Here is your chance to own a spectacular, one-of-a-kind, hot rod/show car. It has been featured in several magazines and also on the cover. It has won numerous awards at various shows across the country.
It is powered by a 4.6 Liter DOHC engine from a 1993 Lincoln Mark VIII along with its 4R70W overdrive automatic transmission.
The suspension is a complete system from Air Ride Technologies (Ride Tech).
Paint is two tone gold and green. Both colors are from a 2001 VW Passat. Paint is base/clear and is gorgeous.
Interior is stock seats covered in Ultraleather with ostrich inserts. The headliner is a floral pattern.
Truck is also fully finished out using the same materials
Wheels are Intro Pentias with Nitto 555 tires. Sizes are 18's and 20's.
Brakes are Baer with 13 rotors and polished calipers
The exhaust features Flowmaster mufflers
This car is a gorgeous example that you could not duplicate for anywhere near what I am asking. This car starts every time, Idles is traffic with the A/C on without overheating, drives great and gets attention everywhere you go.
