The goal of every seller is to sell. I would personally like to see someone who enjoys and loves this car. This car is an example of when and how Ford won the competition against other automobile companies.
This 1955 Mercury Montclair spent all it's life in Arizona, more specifically, the last 25 years in closed storage. It is 100% solid, has absolutely no rust anywhere and the firewall and interior has remained with its original paint. The interior was totally redone. The Y8 292 Engine starts and runs correctly Its Merc-O-Matic transmission, breaks, gas pump, and carburetor have been rebuilt. It is equipped with the original power steer and breaks. The water pumps, gas tank, and battery are new and the car has been converted to 12 volts. The logo between the two backseats are missing.
