1962 Mercury Meteor
A great example of this year, make and model that would make an exceptional restore project, while still being able to use as a daily driver (which I do). Under the hood is a 260 V-8 which runs very well and shares parts with the Ford trucks of this era (so easy to repair and find parts if needed). Recently had intake manifold replaced and purchased new tires. The exterior is in very good condition, as is the chrome dash trim and hardware. Needs some attention to the interior, including headliner, door panels and seats, all of which are very easy and simple to slowly update/restore. This has been a wonderful car and becomes a conversation piece wherever we go. Great lines on the body and has all steel and chrome trim in good condition, so no need to chase down parts that are difficult to find. The odometer stopped working, but I have the replacement parts, which will come with the car.
Car is sold as is, but can easily be driven to reasonable distance of 84095. Buyer responsible for all shipping and related costs. Thanks for looking.
