FOR THE COLLECTOR! If you like to restore vintage autos, this one is work a look!
I would described this as a very beautiful antique car. This car has been garaged since 1990, and run only sparingly. It was my mother's last car. It has less than 50, 000 actual miles.
I have run the car once about once every three months - since I garaged it in 1990. It has always started and I have always been able to drive it to get the fluids moving. I run it for about 15 minutes quarterly without problems.
The last time I drove it on a long trip was in 1990 when I drove it back from Florida to Illinois without incident. I took it on one 100-mile round trip in the mid 1990s.
The radio works.
Power steering and brakes work.
The air conditioner works/runs, but may need freon.
The motors in all the power windows work, but the back windows seem to have stripped gears.
The car was professionally repainted and re-chromed around 1991. A leather/landau new roof was installed about the same time.
This car has not been operated in the winter time since 1990. Minor rust on back bumper (see photo).
256 hp. The Illinois title HP/CCM indicates 60.8.
The upholstery on the drivers seat backrest has three wear-rips.
The dashboard has an age crake below the mirror.
The front floor mat is not original. The trunk key ornament is not original. The hood ornament came off, but I have it in the glove box.
The car was Ziebarted circa 1990. The arm rest assembly front passenger side is loose.
