Very desirable 2 Door Hardtop body style, 2 Owners, First Owner for over 40 years.
Car has 99.5 k miles on odometer. Looks and feels like a low mileage car so it most likely is Original Miles but this is not verifiable.
429 V8 Motor with 2 Barrel Carburetor, runs decently, transmission is excellent, shifts smoothly.
Air Conditioning, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Cruise Control all there and working.
Car is very clean, body is excellent and straight, Original paint in decent condition, Hide away headlamps, no accident California car - so absolutely NO RUST,
All glass and headlights and taillights are good and working.
Unique full length rear tail lamp, perfect bumpers - straight and good chrome. All 4 Original hubcaps are present and in decent condition.
Rim blow steering wheel. Nice clean interior, dashboard is excellent, carpets are there and decent as is, clean original black vinyl interior.
Original Blue California Licence plates from new, it has a new battery & new tires, no CA smog required.
The car needs some light restoration work.
Some surface rust on roof, which is very common for cars with vinyl roof - Vinyl roof needs replacing.
The upholstery on the front seat has tears to bottom cushion, it needs to be redone .
AM/FM Stereo radio.
This is a dependable car that gets a lot of looks, great for transportation, enjoy it while the value on these Mercury coupes is only going up.
