Bought car in 2011 and stripped everything (rather than mask it) to paint it a custom made bright green, which I still have a whole gallon extra INCLUDED. I was told it has a 1955 Y block 292, which is what this car had, but its NOT actual numbers matching 292. Not pictured but included is the carburetor, air cleaner, heater blower motor, and radiator to this engine. I was told it was ran when pulled out engine and trans, it cranks over fine but other than that I've had no time to dig deeper so I can't give any promise as to possible running condition. Automatic trans, non OD I believe. No idea the condition of that. Hood is not in pics but its there and painted and good shape. All glass there, including new side windows I had lightly tinted (tinted back glass too) and I'm in process of putting those all back in. Only thing not complete with the stainless or chrome trim/emblems etc is one of the Mercury cursive emblems on front fender got broke in 2. The trim is good but not show quality, mainly front grille it has some surface rust etc. All 4 hubcaps are really good shape. The distributor was partly disassembled to replace points with Pertronix electronic ignition unit. The floorpan has a few spots still in need of repair, especially driver side. Included are door seals, misc body gaskets, spin oil filter adapter, 12v to 6 v reducer, misc parts about $500 value. Clean Idaho title. I lowered the rear about 3 inches, the front about 2 inches. Seats and door panels are all there but they are very sun rotted and poor shape. Interior color is original two tone, sort of emerald green and light seafoam blue I'd call it. Also include a 55 mercury service manual. I'm in the process of looking for the keys I seem to have lost them but even if so these old cars are easy for a locksmith to make one. Delivery or meeting you partway might be an option, for additional charge and if I have an open weekend and can do it, for an additional so ASK BEFORE buying and auction end. This will be a cool car I just have too many projects and this was a car I bought for an EX girlfriend so I don't want to keep it! If bought and you can't get right away I can keep it stored a month or two.
