Flash back to the 50's where cars were acknowledged for their innovated designs and engineering! This 1951 Mercury Sports Sedan, presented by Pacific Motorcars, embodies the classic 1950's era! Bold design, V8 horsepower, and breakthrough features. Our Mercury is a result of an extensive body-on restoration, and looks phenomenal today. A very beautiful looking Candy Red paint dresses our car, and comes with only a couple minor blemishes seen from the photos. The iconic and very expensive chrome wire wheels are brand new, and outfitted with new Coker White Wall tires! The very famous suicide door were first introduced on this generation, and they are amazing. Powering our Mercury is a 255ci V8 with roughly 112hp, and is married to a Merc-o-Matic Automatic Transmission. We cannot confirm whether the motor has been rebuilt recently, but our best judgement says it has definitely been worked recently. The engine bay looks very fresh, and the power train runs strong! It's been converted from 6 volts to 12 volts. This car drives phenomenal; has some nice pick up and handles beautifully! All the chrome trimming is BRAND NEW, from the bumpers, grill, door handles, etc. The interior upholstery is also brand new, and looks amazing! All new weatherstripping is installed, and the car comes equipped with the side skirts and spare tire. The Starter works great, and fires right up every time! The electrical is in great working order, with exception to the radio, which is inoperable. This car will turn heads and stand out at any car show! It's had a lot of money invested into it, looks incredible, and more importantly runs fantastic! Pacific Motorcars sells all classics AS-IS!
