This 1977 Mercury Colony Park Wagon was owned by a old man who could no longer drive.
PA Title but spent its life in Florida.
BIG BLOCK 460 4V C6 Transmission. 2.50 Rear Axle Ratio
Power Windows, Seats, Door Locks,
Brown Interior looks good for 38 years old not rips in seats.
The door pull trim is cracked on the drivers door. as is the dash pad. You can find these on Ebay Too!
Body is clean with no visible signs of rust. There is some surface rust along the bottom inside of the driver door where they run a bead of sealer on the door skin seams. It is not rusted through
Was repainted at some point and paint still looks very good.
A/C Blows Cold, No visible signs of any leaks
The only thing I can see it needs is door seals and maybe the windows re-tinted. and new carpet
Less than 500 - 600 bucks in parts and this car will be in great shape!

The Weather stripping around the doors and windows is worn dry rotted and need to be replaced.
The previous owner as inventive as he was, tried to use electrical tape to patch up some areas.
Most Rubber Items here in Florida will Dry Rot with age, New seals will fix the issue.
Remember this is a 38 year old car, it was a daily driver for 35 years, there is age related wear.
