I am selling my 1962 MGA Roadster. The car is black with a red interior and white top. The MG starts easy, runs and drives well. It has an early 1800 engine which is a common upgrade on the As. The 1800 improves driveability and it has no problem keeping up with modern traffic on highways. The engine is strong and smooth, it starts immediately, maintains good oil pressure (60 psi), and always stays cool. The transmission shifts nicely and precisely through all gears. The car was repainted in the mid 1980s and has been garage kept. The body is rust free and although the paint job is older, it has a good shine. The chrome front bumper could use re-plating. The bonnet/doors open/close easily and fit tight and the underneath is solid and clean. The interior and seats are in good shape and free of any rips or tears. It also has a classic Moto-Lita steering wheel with a beautiful riveted wood finish. The gauges, lights, etc all function properly. The soft-top and frame are in good condition.
