It happens everywhere I go. As I write this, I just returned from a coffee shop in Cave Creek. The little MGA was surrounded by admirers. There were old Ferraris, Maseratis, Porsches and Jaguars at this small get-together. Never mind those $Million marques, attention was focused overwhelmingly on this little, black sports car. One person said that it was the most beautiful car they had ever seen (guess they don't get out much - but it really is stunning).
The interesting and uncommon black, black, and green colors and all matching numbers are correct and original according to the Heritage Certificate, which is included with the sale.
I have built MGAs and a couple of XK-Es, and this one was supposed to be my 'keeper'. My last MGA was just beautiful, sold for mid-$20s, and was sent immediately to live in Belgium. This one is nicer. It is a rotisserie restoration on a very nice, original car.
Look at the pictures. I have included some from the restoration process, and some just after it came out of the upholstery shop. eBay doesn't have a provision for captioning pix, so...

A non-refundable deposit of $1, 000 through PayPal will be required within 24 hours of auction end. The rest must be paid by bank wire transfer within 7 days of auction end. If either condition is not met, the MGA will be either offered to the next highest bidder, or re-listed at my option. The car, once paid for, may remain on my property for a short time, not to exceed 1 month, while transportation arrangements are made. I will not be responsible for any damage or loss to the car, once it is paid for.
