NOTE: Our listings are rather lengthy. They not only describe this particular car but also some history of the make/model, considerations in buying a classic car and facts about our firm. However, we continually hear from out of state / out of country buyers (many of our clients) that they prefer the level of detail that we provide. However, if you are not prepared to read the full listing, please scan the DETAILS below along with the PHOTOGRAPHS at the bottom. If you'd prefer, please call us at 925-846-1451 and we'll gladly discuss the MGB and answer any questions over the telephone, including our Buy it Now policy. PHOTOGRAPHS
PLEASE NOTE: EACH TIME WE LIST A VEHICLE ON EBAY WE RECEIVE COMMENTS THAT THERE ARE NO PHOTOS OF THE INTERIOR, ENGINE, UNDERCARRIAGE, ETC. OF THE CAR. THERE ARE CLOSE TO 100 PHOTOS OF ALL AREAS OF THIS MGB, BUT WHEN YOU REACH WHAT APPEARS TO BE THE LAST PHOTO, YOU WILL NEED TO SCROLL DOWN ON eBay TO VIEW THE REMAINING PHOTOS. IF YOU ARE STILL UNABLE TO SEE THEM, PLEASE CALL US AT 925-846-1451 AND WE WILL PROVIDE A DIRECT LINK. NOTE: IT IS A VIOLATION OF EBAY POLICY FOR US TO LIST THE URL ON THE EBAY LISTING. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU WOULD LIKE ADDITIONAL PHOTOS OF ANY PART OF THE MGB. ALL OF OUR PHOTOS ARE TAKEN IN NATURAL LIGHT AND WE DO NOT PHOTO-SHOP OR TOUCH-UP THE PHOTOS IN ANY WAY.

OVERVIEW-THIS PARTICULAR 1976 MGB
This 1976 MGB comes to us, as do most of our vehicles, from a local referral. This MGB was cherished by its one, long-time owner until he passed away recently. The only reason for the MG's sale is the dissolution of the estate that include this MGB, a restored 1952 MGTD, a lovely, restored 1955 MG Magnette ZA, and a 2000 Jaguar S-Type. We are selling the entire collection and ask that you contact us should you have an interest in any of these fantastic MG's.
This car is in absolutely tremendous condition and was used primarily as an occasional weekend car and to show at car shows where it garnered a number of awards including a prestigious Best of Show. While the MGB is a very high level car, the cars previous owner would not classify it as a full blown show car. The B can still be used and enjoyed on the weekends and, as a car to show or attend special club events. It is, however, an exceptionally well cared for and highly documented B.

“The nicest later model MGB that we have seen with an absolutely impeccable history since the one owner purchased the "B" brand new at Burlingame, CA British Motors (Outside of San Francisco). Extensive maintenance effort every few thousand miles (whether needed or not!), original Purchase agreement, registration, window sticker and a folder with too much to list. Award winner at many shows. A "Survivor" with cosmetic upgrades including leather interior, high quality canvas top & tonneau and other features. Some expected patina that makes an original car of interest to true enthusiasts / collectors. A fantastic car at an affordable price. Please call us for details as there is entirely to much information and history for us to list.” |
