Price: US $2,500.00
You are looking at a 1967 MGB that is 95% restored. I am
selling this vehicle for my late uncle’s estate. He recently passed. This restoration was started in 2003.Most of
the work was completed by 2006. He started driving the vehicle at that time.
The car has always been stored in a garage. I would guess the car has 2500
miles driven since restoration. This B is 100% rust free. Floor pans, rockers, fender extensions were replaced by a well known British car restoration shop in
Knoxville. I have receipts for all the new parts. I also have photos of the
actual car being restored. The under hood restoration is an original type: correct
colors, stickers etc. The interior looks better than the day it rolled off the ship from the motherland. This was not an amateur restoration. This MGB will be a
very fine example of one of the early cars when complete. Value will be in the
15k-18k range with minimal effort. Note: This car currently runs and drives. I
would not hesitate to drive it several hundred miles.
The mechanicals, engine/ transmission work was completed by the previous owner. The engine runs
very strong and the transmission shifts
excellent. It is so well tuned it starts without the use of the choke. I have at least 40 pictures of the car during the
build, showing floors being installed, paint work etc.
