Hey there sport here is a great little collector car that you can enjoy while it appreciates in value, probably better then money in the bank. I am a car dealer and sports car fanatic from south texas and I bought this car in florida a year ago or so and I have too many personal toys so I am going to try my luck on ebay, I am going to sell my 63 mgb. it is the early model which is my favorite as they have a real vintage car feel and look , it has a great running engine that seems to have extra power than most, the transmission is good but it makes noise so it needs work , the underneath has had new floors , nicely installed the car has a florida title, it has lots of newer parts , gas tank, clutch cylinders, brake cylinders, starter, turn signal switch, steering wheel ALL NEW AND correct, good top but the frame needs some work on a couple rivets, the car is stock in appearance with the correct carbs and bumpers, the chrome is faded . I think it was british green or black when new . it has all the extra tonneau covers, the windshield is cracked but I have found several on ebay for 100 to 200 dollars, the car needs this and that , the paint is not professional but it looks good when freshly washed. the interior has great patina , you could probably fly in and drive home but the gearbox is noisey . the tires are old Michelins and they are weather cracked and need replaced . I am selling as is , if this car was perfect it would bring 15 to 20 grand but it is not . If you are familiar with these cars you can improve it easily and the early mgb is a rapidly appreciating british sports car , have you priced a antique jaG LATELY?
