I bought this 78 B with another over a year ago and finally got to it. The other one was sold, now it's time for this one. The car has a fantastic body having only a little bubble over the left rear wheel. Floors and trunk are super as seen in the pictures. The paint is decent but has some imperfections under the clear coat on the drivers side but is smooth and shines all over. We just completed buffing. The car came with a new carpet kit that was partially installed. We completed the installation of the carpet and cleaned the interior, refinished the convertible top and refinished both front and rear bumpers. Windows are all clear including the rear. Interior is really nice having original seats with no rips or tears, door and kick panels are nice and refinished center console. I removed the radio as it wasn't functional. The dash has cracks on the top but the facade is excellent. I may install a dash cover if I have one on the shelf, I just haven't look yet. All gauges work as well as all dash lights and other electrics including the trunk light and interior courtesy light when opening the doors. The car holds excellent oil pressure, runs quiet and cool and starts easily. I installed the following in the last 2 weeks: replaced fuel pump with another SU, New rotors, inspected calipers for function, rebuilt brake master, rebuilt clutch master, rebuilt slave, all new hydraulic fluid, new rear brake shoes and rear wheel cylinders, readjusted emergency brake cable, installed new under bonnet liners. All brakes work perfectly as does clutch and trans shifts easy. Car will need new tires as the ones on it are old but have decent tread. Spare wheel is present. I try to describe my items the best I can so there are no surprises. Please check my feedback! Please don't ask me if the car can be driven long distances as I've only driven it around the neighborhood. I have a clear PA title in my name ready to transfer.
