Hey there british car fans here is a collectible one , as you already know if you have been paying attention to the recent sales , early 60's british sports cars are skyrocketing in popularity and value , I had to give up on owning a jag convertible , here for sale at a reasonable price is a great old mg roadster , This is a 1963 mgb convertible, I bought in florida, it has a new gas tank and other new parts , clutch master, brake master etc , it runs and drives pretty well . The transmission or the rear end is noisey I can't tell for sure which it is as the noise seems to travel through the car I drive it the way it is , the car has had welding and replacement panels in the floors so it is real solid and the doors close better then most early pull handle cars . the car shifts pretty good , the motor runs fantastic and sounds great, the early cars sit lower , sound better , have more power , and are way cooler then the the later cars in my opinion . there have been several sales in the 15 to 20 grand range for these cars recently , the top is good and the tonneau is there , the turn signals don't work, the motor compartment is all stock , the car appears to have been originally black , it is a classy looking grey color now which was a original color I think. the paint is just ok . this car has great patina .
