The previous owner purchased this car in Florida in 1982. I purchased it 18 months ago and have barely driven it as I subsequently found my dream car and need to create some extra space and so am selling this MGB GT. This is in very good overall condition with a solid body and no apparent rust. The underside is clean and undamaged. There is evidence of a body repair from a minor impact on the left rear upper fender.
The car starts instantly and runs has good compression. In the past six months I have installed a new hood as the old one had sprung where the hinges bolt on. I also replaced the brake master cylinder and the rear bumper and overriders with brand new parts. I put new tires on it last week.
The overdrive transmission functions correctly and shifts smoothly. You will notice that it has the desirable factory installed optional Wabasto sunroof.
This car is located near Ottawa Ontario just 25 minutes from Ogdensburg NY13669 and must be picked up by the buyer or his selected transport company.
