This vehicle has no damage history and has been garaged at all times. These facts can be verified by inspection of the vehicle paint and sheet metal and is absolutely rust free. This is a true four owner Classic MGB LE with factory air conditioning and factory overdrive and all numbers match. It should also be noted that only 6689 of these vehicles were manufactured by MG and that they were the last ever produced by the company. The Limited Edition was MG's Swan Song.
The cost of the restoration project was over $16, 000. All receipts are on file. In addition, the interior was removed and a complete new leather interior was installed. The quality of this interior must be seen to understand its value of $4, 700. The seats an side panels are Scottish lamb's leather. A new hardwood steering wheel and other interior appointments totaling $1, 000 were completed. The exterior received four new Limited Edition wheels along with a new set of Michelin tires, $1, 732. To complete the exterior appointments a new MG convertible top and head rails were installed, $1, 240.
