Here is a vintage 1969 MG Midget MK IV. This car was built late in 1969 (12/69) and is registered as a 1969.
This car has the 1275 cc, 4 cylinder engine with a 4 speed transmission. The engine has been mildly performance tuned with a performance cam, headers and head work. It runs, stops, shifts and handles very well. Much mechanical work has been done in the last 3 or 4 years and many new parts purchased. This car was previously a club racer and slalom car in Massachusetts. The heater blower motor and the convertible top & top frame are off the car however they are included and they are fairly easy to install. It does leak a few drops of oil. . .. . ..all English cars do!!
This car has wire wheels that were recently refurbished and it also has new knock offs. The engine, transmission, rear end, suspension, tires, wheels, and brakes are all in great shape. All of the lights work! I will also include a used fiberglass hardtop that needs new gaskets. The car was upgraded with new carpets recently, however there are a few minor cosmetic upgrades that it still needs such as weatherstripping and gaskets for the windshield, door and side window. These cosmetic items do not effect how nicely it drives. It will easily pass inspection.
