This car is sold in as is condition, there are no warranties implied or written. The winning bidder must send 20% down payment by cashiers check within 3-days of the closing auction. The balance is due 7 days thereafter or you can bring cash and drive her home. If you do not inspect the vehicle within 3 days of the auction after receiving your deposit, sale is final and your deposit is also forfeited. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSPORTING VEHICLE FROM SELLER TO HIS LOCATION. Seller will not be held liable for any damage that may occur to vehicle once it has left sellers possession. Seller reserves the right to sell the car elsewhere and before the closing date of the auction.
