MG Midget Mk111 1967. Original California Car, I bought it from the second owner who bought it back in 68. He stored it in his garage in Los Gatos California in 1985 and it remained there until I bought it in 2012. The car is completely rust free. It has damage to the right rear fender where a pick up turned in on it. The fender is an easy fix.the rest of the car is straight and solid with no rust.I installed a new water pump, new clutch and brake master cylinders, new slave cylinder, new brake pipes, new battery, The car starts and drives through all the gears with excellent oil pressure.The wire wheels are all solid and it has a spare in the trunk.the soft top is so so and would need to be replaced at some time in the future.the original radio is in place but is not wired up.The speedo reads 58 thousand some hundred miles it was not working when I bought it so I cannot say that it is correct.All in all a great solid little Midget Mk111 with the desirable wire wheel, Chrome bumpers, and 1275cc Motor. A great little car to restore.I have to many projects and not enough time to restore this car.
