PAYMENT/FEES
: Purchase price can be paid by cash in person, with a cashiers or bank-to-bank wire transfer or certified check If payment is made by any form of check, the car will only be released after the certified check has been verified and cleared. The initial $500 deposit must be made via PayPal only. This initial $500 is a non-refundable deposit and must be paid within 24 hours of initiating the purchase This deposit is sufficient to hold the vehicle until the remainder is paid in full. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not make this purchase. Final payment is required within seven (7) days of initiating purchase.
SHIPPING
: Buyer is fully responsible for making shipping arrangements and paying all costs involved with the shipping. The vehicle must be picked up at my location in Houston Texas, 77093. Seller is not offering any shipping service whatsoever.
AS-IS-CONDITION
: The vehicle does not come with any warranty. It is being sold in as-is-condition. If you would like to have a mechanic check out the vehicle, at your expense, I am happy to accommodate. I can even bring the vehicle to a Mini Dealership (in my local area) for inspection for you. Again, you will need to cover the cost of any inspection service by paying the inspection company directly and in advance.
