05 Mini Cooper S. Supercharged (not turbo) engine / 6 spd manual trans. VERY fast. Registration current, smog just done. Runs excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to drive this car across country. Power sun roof. Harmon Kardon stereo system. No service lights on. Everything works. Power windows, cruise control, AC is cold, heater works fine, electric mirrors. New brakes, 4 new tires. Fresh oil & filter change. According to the previous owner timing chain assembly & clutch replaced @ 90k miles. Shifts good, steering tight, drives nice, handles good. Interior could use detailing to make it perfect. Glove box door has been repaired at some point, seems to be an issue with this model. Key fob not working-battery maybe? Could use new supports to hold the hatchback door up. Clear coat is peeling around the hood scoop trim. Rims could use polishing. It is my understanding it was stolen @ 30k miles and the insurance company wrote it off before it was recovered so it does have a salvage title. Hence the low price. I was told no damage was done and it was never wrecked. No unusual noises, doesn't smoke or rattle. No shakes or shimmy. I picked this up doing some trading & don't need another car. I'm a retired mechanic and haven't found anything wrong with it. Car is for sale locally. Will ship anywhere at your expense. I can deliver to shipping company.
