This ad is for a beautiful one owner 2008 Mini Cooper S, Type R56. This is a single owner car with only 49765 miles on the clock.
The paint is original and in excellent condition, the interior is immaculate. The car has bluetooth, panoramic sunroof, keyless entry and start, a ton of other options and a perfect color combination. This Mini is manual, and in addition the car has been professionally tinted. I have only driven this car about 345 miles in total while in my possession. Title is clean, clear no liens. Ready to make a deal!
I bought this car to use it for myself in 2011. I bought it used so I took it to a local shop for a tune up and a routine maintenance in May 2011 to make sure it ran like a clock. To make it short, I ended up being overcharged by the shop and in return I sued them. The car, by court order was placed in a climate controlled storage until the case was resolved. The case was in Conroe, Krasniqi vs. Juds Eurotypes. We recently settled the matter and now the car is in my possession. I had bought a 2012 Prius C in the meantime so I no longer have a use for the car.

Im not sure why carfax shows there is frame damage. I have tried to contact them but to no avail. The car has never been wrecked, drives perfect and passed a Texas Inspection recently.
